Population étudiée : Patients présentant un cancer localement avancé de l’hypopharynx traités par CI dans le cadre d’un protocole de préservation laryngée au CAL.

Critères d’inclusion :

  • Cancers de l’hypopharynx de type carcinome épidermoïde
  • Stade initial T3 ou T4 N0-3 M0
  • Traitement par CI de type TPF

Critères de non inclusion :

  • Autre type histologique
  • Stade initial T1 ou T2
  • Patients métastatiques au diagnostic
