Main objective : To precise the role of local excision in organ preservation
Secondary objectives : Detailes analysis of the 27 local excision, especially in terms of complications and the role of local excisions as a matter of principle and necessity.

Population subject to research or data processing
Population: Patients who participated in the OPERA study between 2015 and 2020 and who underwent local excision.
Inclusion criteria: Local excision in the OPERA study.
Non-inclusion criteria: Patients who did not undergo local excision and did not participate in the OPERA study.
