Objectives
To determine the real-world safety profile of T-DXd and SG in elderly patients with ABC including: Dose diminution Treatment discontinuation Adverse event profile in this population Concomitant drugs, GI and haematological events prophylaxis and treatment To determine real-world progression-free survival and overall survival in elderly patients with ABC treated with T-DXd and SG respectively.
