About us

Objectives

Recueil du nom du centre, sexe, date de décès/dernières nouvelles, date de fin de l’Imatinib, date de début d’autres lignes de traitement en rapport avec les GISTs pour chaque patient ayant été randomisé dans l’étude BFR14. L’objectif est d’étudier la survie globale des patients ayant été randomisé dans la poursuite ou l’arrêt de l’Imatinib afin de recueillir l’impact d’une interruption de traitement chez ses patients. La date d’arrêt et de début des autres lignes de traitement en rapport avec les GISTs seront étudiés en tant que facteurs confondants.

  • Patients issus de la randomisation de BFR14 à 1 an (58 patients ;32 INT and 26 CONT), à 3 ans (50 patients ;25 INT and 25 CONT) ainsi qu’à 5 ans (21 patients ;11 INT and 10 CONT).
  • Le nombre total de patient est donc de 104, sachant que certains patients ont été randomisés à 2 ou 3 temps différents (1, 3 ou 5 ans).
