Description grand public :

Le traitement standard des patients atteints d'un sarcome des tissus mous localisé est la chirurgie associée à une radiothérapie. Le risque de complications cicatricielles après une chirurgie du sarcome est très élevé et jusqu’à maintenant difficilement prédictible. Son anticipation permettrait à la fois d’adapter la prise en charge radiothérapeutique et la prise en charge chirurgicale. L’objectif principal de notre étude est d’identifier des facteurs prédictifs du risque de complications cicatricielles chez des patients traités par chirurgie et radiothérapie pour un sarcome des tissus mous des membres et de la paroi du tronc.

Description détaillée :

L’objectif final de cette étude est de construire un nomogramme prédictif (sous forme d’application) des complications cicatricielles après chirurgie d’un sarcome localisé des membres ou la paroi du tronc. La modèle du nomogramme a été réalisé sur une cohorte de 195 patients. 

Nous avons besoin de 105 patients externes supplémentaires afin de valider notre modèle prédictif.
