About us

Objectives

Les sarcomes des tissus mous sont des tumeurs rares dont le traitement standard repose sur la chirurgie, précédée ou suivie d’une radiothérapie. A ce jour, aucun facteur prédictif de réponse à la radiothérapie préopératoire n’est disponible, limitant ainsi les possibilités de personnalisation du traitement.

Nous souhaitons réaliser une étude observationnelle rétrospective évaluant l’intérêt d’une analyse radiomique tridimensionnelle de l’IRM pré-radiothérapie, suivie d’une analyse en imagerie d’habitat (identification de sous-clones tumoraux) afin de prédire la réponse à la radiothérapie.

Description de la population :

Patients adultes ≥18 ans présentant un sarcome des tissus mous des membres ou du tronc traités par radiothérapie néoadjuvante puis chirurgie, avec réalisation d’une IRM dans les 3 mois précédents.

 

Nombre concerné :

250 (~150 au CLB, ~50 à l’ICO, ~50 au CHU de La Réunion)
