Etude de la dose reçue par la « cardiac avoidance area » (CAA) sur le risque de toxicité cardiaque de la radiothérapie chez les patients traités par radiochimiothérapie pour un cancer broncho pulmonaire à petite cellules localement avancé (CBPC-LA)

 Description détaillée :

Etude de la dose reçue par la « cardiac avoidance area » (CAA) sur le risque de toxicité cardiaque de la radiothérapie chez les patients traités par radiochimiothérapie pour un cancer broncho pulmonaire à petite cellules (CBPC). Recueil de donné rétrospectif avec notamment recueil de données dosimétriques issues des plans de traitement de radiothérapie, receuil des évènements indésirable cardiovasculaires, des rechutes locales, à distance et des décès. Analyse statistiques pour voir s’il existe une corrélation entre la dose reçu par la CAA, les évènements cardiovasculaires et la survie.
