About us

Objectives

L’inclusion des patients dans les essais cliniques repose sur une analyse rigoureuse des critères d’éligibilité, un processus chronophage et sujet à variabilité inter-évaluateurs. L’intelligence artificielle pourrait optimiser cette sélection en automatisant l’identification des patients répondant aux critères d’un essai.

Cette étude vise à évaluer la performance de l’outil MassiveBio en comparant l’IA seule, l’IA assistée par un expert et l’évaluation humaine seule dans le screening des patients pour les essais cliniques.

Patientes traitées à l’ICL pour un carcinome mammaire et :

  • Passage en RCP sein pré-thérapeutiques
  • Ou passage en RCP sein métastatiques

  • Ou Avec hormonothérapie depuis plus de 2 ans

    Période d’inclusion : 01/01/2020 au 31/12/2024

60 patientes dans une première phase de tests de l’outil, éventuellement augmentée si besoin de plus de puissance statistique

Legal basis

Recherche scientifique menée dans l’intérêt légitime de lutte contre le cancer du responsable de traitement (articles 6.1.f et 9.2.j du Règlement (UE) n° 2016/679).
