About us

Objectives

La scintigraphie parathyroïdienne comprend 2 images 2D et une tomoscintigraphie (3D).Elle est parfois complétée par une TEP à la F-Choline.

Nous pensons que l’apprentissage machine, notamment le deep learning, peut permettre de créer un modèle d’interprétation automatique des images 2D. 

Un tel modèle permettrait au moins d’accélérer le processus d’interprétation et de rédaction de compte rendu, et au mieux d’éviter des imageries complémentaires (tomoscintigraphie 3D ou TEP)

Objectif principal : Créer un modèle performant en utilisant les patients de 2019, 2020 et 2021,2022 et 2023 comme base d’entrainement/validation à l’exception de quelques patients de 2022 et 2023 qui constitueront la base de test.

Objectifs secondaires : Evaluer l’impact des pathologies thyroïdienne sur les performances du modèle.

Population étudiée : Patients nécessitant une scintigraphie parathyroïdienne pour hyperparathyroïdie primaire. 

Critères d’inclusion : Patients ayant réalisé une scintigraphie parathyroïdienne pour hyperparathyroïdie primaire au CAL entre le 01/01/2019 et le 31/02/2023

Critères de non inclusion : Refus exprimé de l’utilisation des données médicales à des fins de recherche.
