About us

Objectives

Dans le cadre de la prise en charge des patientes atteintes de cancer du sein, en particulier lors de la prescription de Ribociclib®, l'objectif de cette étude est d'identifier les patientes susceptibles de développer une hépatotoxicité afin de garantir une prescription en toute sécurité.

Évaluation du dispositif in vitro GenuineSelect-TOX pour la prédiction de la toxicité hépatique chez les patientes atteintes de cancer du sein localement avancé ou métastatique traitées par Ribociclib .

Pour réaliser l’étape une du projet HEPATOSPHERE, étape de calibration du modèle de prédiction de la toxicité hépatique induite par Ribociclib, nous devons collecter des échantillons de sérum chez des patientes atteintes de cancer du sein. Cette étape est cruciale pour valider le modèle.
