About us

Overview / Objectives

Ce projet de recherche vise à identifier de nouvelles cibles thérapeutiques pour les DIPG (gliomes infiltrants du tronc cérébral), des tumeurs cérébrales pédiatriques très agressives. Les chercheurs analysent les mécanismes épigénétiques qui contrôlent l'activité des gènes dans ces tumeurs. En utilisant des données de l'entrepôt Share4Kids, ils cherchent à découvrir les vulnérabilités de ces cancers pour développer de nouveaux traitements plus efficaces.
