About us

Objectives

Nous proposons une revue rétrospective des patients atteints de tumeurs primitives dehaut grade du SNC traités entre 2021 et 2024, après échec d’un traitement de premièreintention (schéma Stupp), par combinaison de bevacizumab et irinotecan oubevacizumab et lomustine. Nous décrirons également une deuxième cohorte de patientstraités en troisième ligne, soit par bevacizumab-irinotecan, soit par bevacizumablomustineselon le traitement qu’ils auront reçu en deuxième ligne.

Patients

Gliomes malins de grade IV en échec d’au moins une ligne de traitement.3.2. Critères d'inclusion1) Patient âgé ≥ 18 ans,2) Gliome malin confirmé histologiquement,3) Progression après un traitement de première intention,4) A reçu l’association Bevacizumab et Irinotecan ou Bevacizumab et Lomustine en 2èmeligne,5) Eventuellement, a reçu Irinotecan ou Lomustine en 3ème ligne après une 2ème ligneavec Lomustine ou Irinotecan.
