Objectives

L’objectif principal est de comparer les complications de grade ≥ 3 dans les 90 jours post-chirurgie entre les deux bras.

La survie globale et la survie sans progression constituent les objectifs secondaires de cette étude.

Indication – principaux critères d’éligibilité : 

  • Diagnostic de CHC
  • Taille de la tumeur ≥ 5 cm
  • Opérable d’emblée pour le groupe contrôle ou éligible à une radio-embolisation pour le groupe expérimental

Bras contrôle : Patients opérés d’emblée d’un CHC au CHU de Rennes = 193

Bras expérimental : Patients traités par radio-embolisation au CEM puis opérés au CHU de Rennes = 28

221 patients au total
