About us

Objectives

L’étude FDG IMMUN : Etude de cohorte évaluant la TEP au 18FDG pour l’identification précoce de l’échappement tumoral à l’immunothérapie chez des patients atteints d’un mélanome ou d’un Carcinome Broncho-pulmonaire Non à Petites Cellules, localement avancé ou métastatique (N° ID-RCB : 2018-A00915-50, Clinical Trial n° : NCT03584334) avait pour but d’identifier, plus précocement, les patients non-répondeurs à l’immunothérapie +/- chimiothérapie, dès la première imagerie TEP au 18FDG montrant une progression tumorale, sans attendre le contrôle d’imagerie après au moins 2 cycles supplémentaires de traitement. Outre le bénéfice pour le patient d’interrompre un traitement inefficace pourvoyeur d’effets secondaires potentiels et d’accéder à d’autres options thérapeutiques, cette stratégie pouvait permettre une économie de santé substantielle.

Comparer l’efficacité du traitement à 3 ans selon le profil de toxicité des patients.
