About us

Objectives

Ce projet utilise les données issues des soins courants pour mieux comprendre pendant combien de temps certains traitements ciblés (appelés inhibiteurs anti-ALK) restent efficaces chez les personnes atteintes d'un cancer du poumon. Il concerne les patients dont la tumeur présente une anomalie particulière du gène ALK et qui ont reçu ce traitement en première intention, à un stade avancé de la maladie. Nous cherchons à savoir si la forme précise de cette anomalie influence la durée d'efficacité du traitement. L'objectif est de mieux identifier les patients chez qui le traitement agit moins longtemps, afin d'améliorer leur prise en charge dès le diagnostic.

Patients porteurs d’un cancer bronchiques non à petites cellules avec réarrangement de ALK sur prélèvement tumoral (biopsie tissulaire) ayant initié un traitement par inhibiteur de tyrosine kinase anti-ALK (2e ou 3e génération) depuis 2011.
