About us

Objectives

Le projet de recherche et développement collaboratif intitulé « MyPROBE », promu par la Fédération UNICANCER et coordonné par l’Institut Gustave Roussy, a pour objet de développer des tests moléculaires à visée pronostique dans les cancers du sein localisés.

Les tests sont développés à travers différentes approches :

  • Identification des patients (RH+ Her2-) à haut risque de rechute par analyse de l’ADN tumoral et constitutionnel (WP3)
  • Identification des patients (RH+ Her2-) à haut risque de rechute par analyse de l’Adn circulant (= maladie résiduelle) (WP5)
  • Identification des patients (RH- Her2-) à haut risque de rechute par analyse de l’ARN (WP6)

 Le Centre Léon Bérard participe à ce projet en mettant à disposition des membres du consortium, certaines de ses collections d’échantillons (WP3, WP5, WP6) et en analysant des données de séquençage (WP3, WP6).
