Objectives

L’objectif de SCREENER (Spatial ChaRacterization hEad nEck caNcER) est d’étudier le lien entre les altérations génétiques somatiques, le microenvironnement immunitaire, et la réponse à l’immunothérapie chez des patients atteints d’un carcinome épidermoïde des voies aéro-digestives supérieures. Les approches expérimentales suivantes seront utilisées : la microdissection de régions d’intérêt pour l’analyse génétique somatique par NGS (panel de gène), l’immunofluorescence multiplex pour la caractérisation du microenvironnement immunitaire et la transcriptomique spatiale (NanoSring Digital Spatialization Profiling-DSP et Visium-10X Genomics).

Population subject to research or data processing

La population se compose de 34 patients ayant été traités pour un carcinome épidermoïde des voies aérodigestives supérieures. Les échantillons sont tous des échantillons FFPE. Parmi les 34 patients, 24 ont été traités par immunothérapie pour une maladie en rechute et avancé et ont des prélèvements endoscopiques pré-/post-traitement disponibles. Pour les 10 autres patients, une biopsie tumorale réalisée par voie endoscopique lors du bilan initiale est disponible. L’ensemble des échantillons sont disponibles au sein de la blocothèque du Centre Léon Bérard.
