About us

Objectives

The primary objective is to evaluate time to treatment failure in patients with advanced NSCLC harboring a METex14 mutation receiving capmatinib as part of the French compassionate use program (ATU).

Patient atteint d’un CBNPC prouvé histologiquement ou cytologiquement, de stade étendu ou métastatique (stade IIIB ou IV) au moment de l’initiation du traitement par capmatinib Présence d’une altération de MET sur prélèvement tumoral ou biopsie liquide Patient ayant reçu au moins une administration de capmatinib en ATU Patient ayant initié le traitement par capmatinib entre le 1er juin 2019 et le 31 août 2021. Patient informé de l’étude et ne s’opposant pas au recueil de ses données médicales

Conservation pendant 2 ans après la valorisation (publication/article, these, présentation orale, poster, autre) des résultats de la recherche. Puis archivage avec un accès restreint aux personnes intervenant dans la recherche, pendant une durée limitée de 3 ans (5ans au total post publication)
