About us

Objectives

Etudier le taux de malignité lors de la surveillance puis à distance, des lésions ACR3 mise en évidence au moment d’une IRM pré thérapeutique (c’est-à-dire analyser les faux négatifs);

Objectifs secondaires : évaluer le devenir des lésions ACR3 après traitement par chimiothérapie, radiothérapie et hormonothérapie et identifier les facteurs de risques associés à une augmentation du taux malignité (pour les lésions malignes)

Critères d’inclusion : Diagnostic de cancer du sein entre 2011 à 2017 ; IRM pré thérapeutique comportant des lésions ACR3 associées à la lésion cancéreuse initiale ; Patiente suivi durant 2 ans avec un bilan sénologique demandée à la suite de l’examen initial.  -   Critères d’exclusion :  ACR3 non associée à un diagnostic initial de cancer du sein ; Mastectomie totale ou partielle incluant l’ACR3 ; moins de 2 ans de surveillance (patiente décédée ou perdue de vue)
