About us

Objectives

L’infection au SARS-Cov2 est associée à un surrisque d’obstruction veineuse ou artérielle si bien qu’un traitement prophylactique antiagrégant et/ou anticoagulant pourrait se discuter au diagnostic de cette infection (Duo et al 2022, REMAP-CAP et al 2022) afin d’en diminuer leur morbimortalité.

Les patients atteints de cancer actif sont particulièrement à risque de ces obstructions vasculaires du fait d’un état inflammatoire généralisé  (Connors 2014). Une infection au SARS-Cov2 peut en théorie augmenter ce risque d’autant plus ce qui pourrait justifier de thérapeutiques antiagrégantes et/ou anticoagulantes plus agressives.

Il n’y a pour le moment aucune donnée comparative évaluant la fréquence de ces événements vasculaires entre des patients atteints de cancer et ceux atteints de cancer et infectés au SARS-Cov2.

Objectif principal : Comparaison du taux d’évènement d’obstruction vasculaire entre des patients atteints de cancer et ceux ayant un cancer et une infection au SARS Cov-2

 

Objectifs secondaires : Caractéristiques de chacun des 2 groupes. Comparaison de la morbimortalité des patients atteints de cancer versus ceux ayant un cancer avec infection au SARS-Cov2.

Population étudiée : Tous les patients atteints de cancer actif

Critères d’inclusion :

Cancer actif  (traitement par chirurgie, chimiothérapie, thérapie ciblée, en cours ou au maximum terminé depuis 1 mois)

Patient suivi au Centre Antoine-Lacassagne entre mai 2020 et septembre 2022

 

Critères de non inclusion :

Traitement anti-néoplasique terminé depuis plus d’1 mois.

Patient atteint d’une pathologie non cancéreuse.
