About us

Objectives

L’objectif de cette étude est de décrire les caractéristiques cliniques, pronostiques et thérapeutiques des patients avec un neurofibrosarcome ou « tumeur maligne des gaines des nerfs périphériques » (malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor - MPNST) dans la population atteinte de neurofibromatose de type 1 (NF1) en comparaison de la population générale. Le second objectif est de déterminer l’impact de la réalisation de biopsies guidées par PET-scanner sur le pronostique de ces tumeurs. 

Cette étude permettra une meilleure connaissance de ce type de tumeur et ainsi d’améliorer la prise en charge.
