Objectives

L’objectif de la présente étude est de décrire les caractéristiques cliniques et biologiques de l’atteinte hépatique induite par les inhibiteurs de CDK4/6, ainsi que son évolution et sa prise en charge sur une large série multicentrique. 

Objectif principal

Décrire les toxicités hépatiques induites par les ciclib (anti CDK4/6)

  • Décrire la prise en charge de ces hépatites
  • Décrire l’évolution de ces hépatites
  • Décrire la prise en charge carcinologique après survenue d’une hépatite
  • Identification de facteurs pronostiques histologiques

Critères inclusion : 

- Patiente avec un cancer du sein 

- Traitée par ciclib 

- Présentant une hépatite définie par augmentation des ALAT par rapport à la baseline ≥ 5N ou augmentation des ALAT ≥ 3N + bilirubine totale ≥ 2N ou PAL ≥ 2N

- Grade 3 ou 4 selon CTCAE ou présentant les critères de Hy's law : ALAT ≥ 3N + bilirubine totale ≥ 2N

Critères exclusion 

- Autres causes d’hépatite aigue 

Entre le 1er janvier 2022 et 31 décembre 2024
